We also know one size does not always fit all so can provide professional, bespoke advice, tailored to your needs.
Valuation
We inspect the property you want to purchase then provide a short report, detailing the open market and building insurance valuation.
Homebuyer report
This essential report provides a snapshot of the overall condition of the property and identifies areas that need further investigation.
Building survey
This is a more detailed report about the condition of a property, recommended for unusual or dilapidated properties or those which have known problems.
